What It Is
Bulk email generation turns a single prompt into dozens or even hundreds of personalized emails, each written from your own data, and sends them from the Vesence Platform. This is one of the most requested capabilities we have had, from M&A teams in transactions and from fund formation, and just as often from finance and HR.
How It Works
Point Vesence at an Excel file or a PDF and describe the email you want. The agent reads every row, writes each message with that person's details, attaches their document, and prepares the batch. You review the full list in one place, deselect anyone who shouldn't receive it, and send from Vesence. Nothing goes out without you.
Why It Matters
Signing packets, capital call notices, and bonus letters are all the same shape of work: the same message, a hundred times, with different numbers each time. It is hours of copying between a spreadsheet and an inbox, and one wrong paste is a real problem. Now it is a prompt and a review.
