We're delighted to welcome Karin Karsten to Vesence as Founding GTM. Karin joins us from the front lines of Swedish transactional practice, bringing a practitioner's understanding of exactly the work Vesence is built to support.

A Background in Capital Markets and Public M&A

Most recently, Karin was an Advokat and Manager at Vinge, one of the Nordics' leading law firms, working across capital markets and public M&A after progressing from Associate to Senior Associate. Before Vinge, Karin spent several years at Advokatfirman Cederquist, also in capital markets and public M&A.

That combination, deep transactional experience across two premier firms, means Karin knows firsthand where lawyers lose time and where agents can genuinely help.
