One Workspace

Today we introduce Vesence 2.0. A completely new web app, built with the law firms, banks, and investors who use Vesence every day.

The idea is simple. Your chats, files, mail, messages, and calendar, together in one workspace — so an agent can carry a piece of work from the first question to the finished draft, and nothing goes out without your approval.

We call it The Agentic Workspace. This is what it looks like.

Tasks
Every piece of work is a task.
We're raising a Series A for Nordwind. Pull the three term sheets out of the data room.

Found three under Corporate / Series A — Nordwind / 01 Term Sheets. They're open in the workspace now.

Compare the economics side by side and flag anything that's off-market for a Series A.

Atlas leads on valuation — SEK 240m pre-money against Northlight's 205m and Brunnen's 190m — but the terms behind the number are where they part company.

Atlas is the cleanest starting point: 1× non-participating, 1 board seat, standard consent list. Want me to mark up their draft to move the pool post-money?

Alex,

Attaching our revised term sheet for the Series A. We've held the pre-money at SEK 240m, and three points have moved since the last draft:

  • Clause 2.1 — liquidation preference stays at 1× non-participating, as discussed.
  • Clause 7.2 — the 15% option pool sits inside the pre-money. We appreciate this is the point you'll want to push on.
  • Clause 3.1 — one investor board seat rather than two, with the reserved matters in Schedule 3 unchanged.

We'd like to sign before the end of the month. Happy to take the pool question on a call on Wednesday.

Best,

Clara

Brunnen's 2× participating preference is the outlier. Everything else is close enough to compare on the economics.

Asked Vesence to compare all three side by side and flag anything off-market for a Series A. Summary's in the workspace.

Board wants a view before Thursday. Can we have the recommendation note in their pack?

Built-in apps

From your packages
Series A — Nordwind
Tasks, Files, Mail, Messages, Calendar, Apps — the workspace exactly as the app lays it out: your tasks on the left, the taskbar at the bottom.

Tasks

Everything you start is a task, and a task can hold several chats, working at the same time on parts of the same whole. One drafts the agreement. One checks the cross-references. One works through the counterparty's comments. Leave. Come back. You can see what's running, what's finished, and what needs you.

Files

Every matter's folders and documents, in a browser built for them. Agents read and save files here with your permissions, so what they produce lands where your team expects to find it.

Folders and files in the Vesence web app, open beside the chat that is working on them

Mail

Your inbox, next to the work it creates. Read and reply yourself, or let an agent draft the response — it waits for your approval before anything sends.

The inbox in the Vesence web app: folder tree, message list, and a reading pane showing a matter email

Messages

Teams conversations live here too, so a deal thread and the documents it's about can share a screen. The agent can draft the reply. You decide when it goes.

Calendar

Your week, with your colleagues' availability laid over it. Ask for a meeting and the agent finds the slot, prepares the invite, and shows it to you before it's sent.

Apps

Everything else, one tap away: the built-in apps, and the tools your firm builds for itself through the Vesence App Store.

There's More

Projects give every matter a home. The Vesence App Store holds the tools your firm builds itself. Vesence Compare reads two versions of a document the way you would. Each has its own introduction.
