Withdraw from your contract

If you purchased Vesence Desktop as a consumer, use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal. For EU/EEA consumers, the usual period is 14 days from concluding the contract. No reason is required.

This is separate from cancelling your next renewal in Settings → Billing. Read the consumer terms. You can also send your notice to support@vesence.com.
