Email support@vesence.com with a description of the issue, the Office application you're using (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook), and any screenshots that help us understand the problem.

What to include in a bug report

  • The Office application and version (Help → About).
  • Operating system (Windows, macOS, web).
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording, if relevant.
